Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Born October 25, 1968, in Surkhandarya region.
He graduated from Termez State pedagogical institute (nowdays Termez State University) in 1990. He worked as a Junior, Senior Research Fellow, head of laboratory of Heat physics department of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, researcher at the Goettingen University (Germany), head of science department at the Tashkent branch of I.M.Gubkin Russian State University of oil and gas, head of laboratory of Tashkent state technical university, head of laboratory of Ion-plasm and laser technologies institute of AS RUz. Author of over 219 scientific works, including 2 books and 2 inventions, 5 computer software. Primary supervisor of 2 Doctors and 2 PhD.
