The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the representatives of education and science at the National University of Uzbekistan on May 24 this year to strengthen the material and technical base of the Institute of Botany and Zoology of the Academy of Sciences and discussed the need to create opportunities for field research, maintenance and monitoring of the state cadastre of flora and fauna.
In this regard, the State Committee for Forestry of the Republic of Uzbekistan presented 3 specialized expedition vehicles to the Botanical, Zoological and Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.
On November 25 this year, the Botanical Gardens of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan held a solemn presentation of these cars.
The event highlighted that such opportunities for research can be integrated into research practice.
