He graduated from Tashkent State University in 1979.
He worked as a Junior, Senior and Leading research Fellow, Head of laboratory, Scientific secretary of the Institute of Mechanics and Seismic stability of structures after M.T.Urazbaev, Assistant of Chief Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan - Head of the organizational and analytical department of fundamental and practical use, Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Author of over 600 scientific works, including 8 monographs and 100 inventions.
Primary supervisor of 3 doctors of science and 7 candidates of science.
Awards: medal "Shuhrat" (2010).
